Position Overview

This role offers an hourly base pay of $18.00, with opportunities for lucrative commissions and incentives, targeting total hourly earnings of $22.50. It is a part-time position with full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as free or discounted Spectrum services, depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, including wireless sales
• Ensure a great customer experience
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Maintain strong knowledge of Spectrum products and competitors
• Support team goals and collaborate effectively

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Wearing a required uniform

Preferred Experience

• 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or wireless sales
