Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to enhance guest engagement and drive sales performance in our Phoenix showroom. The role emphasizes achieving SPH targets, KPIs, and maintaining top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by surveys.

You will support showroom visuals, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy while assisting with furniture assembly and day-to-day store operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and company KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction as measured by survey results.
• Analyze daily sales results and partner with leadership on behavioral expectations to develop monthly proficiency plans.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture supporting revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection and loss prevention standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.

Position SummaryThe primary responsibility of a Sales Specialist 1 is to execute the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and create a positive experience for our guests that keeps them coming back. This includes warehouse logistics support with the combination of guest facing interactions. Proper execution of these 2 areas will enable the product specialist to exceed targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and drive company KPIs all while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction as measured by our guest survey.Position DescriptionThe Sales Specialist 1 is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. This role focuses on driving sales performance through targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and achieving company KPIs while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by survey results. Additional responsibilities include maintaining showroom Visual Merchandising Standards to create an inviting and organized environment.QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation: $16.50 - $21.45Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
