Job summary

Best Buy in Austin is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to engage customers for Microsoft products, provide expert service and recommendations, and stay current through trainings and certifications.

You will support the customer experience, complete transactions, and drive profitable growth while maintaining department merchandising and organization. A 1-year sales/customer service background and 18+ years old are required, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Job description

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.

Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions

1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services
