Staples in Goshen, IN is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to help customers find total solutions in-store and at the kiosk. You’ll be part of a friendly, team-oriented retail culture with training provided and opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent service, learning customer tech needs, and keeping the floor stocked and organized. You’ll support the Tech department to meet metrics and may take on cashier, merchandising, and returns duties as needed.

Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You'll have our customers' needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Essential skills and experience:

Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs

Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs

Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
