You will drive sales through targeted SPH and KPIs while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as per surveys, and maintain showroom visuals to create an inviting environment.

The role emphasizes updating merchandising directives, inventory control, and collaboration with leadership to maximize store performance and guest

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year in retail or direct customer environment preferred.
• High volume experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs with high guest satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales performance including SPH and KPIs.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture aligned with revenue and brand standards.
• Execute style-guided directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, ensure Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and prep per guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and adhere to operational processes.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations and guest experience.

Position Summary

This role focuses on driving sales performance through targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and achieving company KPIs while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by survey results. Additional responsibilities include maintaining showroom Visual Merchandising Standards to create an inviting and organized environment.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and company KPIs while achievinghigh levelsof guest satisfaction as measured by survey results.

• Achieveindividual sales performance expectations, including SPH and applicable company KPIs.

• Analyze daily sales results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and developmonthlyproficiencyplans using company sales reporting tools.

• Promote a positive, guest‑focused store culture that supports revenueobjectivesand brand standards.

• Execute styleguidedirectives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.

• Maintain inventory accuracy andcomply withcompany asset protection and loss prevention standards.

• Assistwith furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.

• Utilizecompanysystems and tools effectively while adhering toestablishedoperational processes and procedures.

• Performadditionalduties as assigned to support overall store operations and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. At least one (1)yearof retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred. High volume experience is preferred.Equivalentcombination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Certificates and Licenses: Nonerequired.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $18.25 - $23.75

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI’s.
