Living Spaces is hiring a Sales Specialist 1 in Houston to deliver the Guest Engagement Model and drive Sales Per Hour while ensuring guest satisfaction. The role focuses on training in sales proficiency, executing merchandising guidelines, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced store team during weekends and holidays.

The position requires the ability to work weekends and most holidays, with emphasis on teamwork, guest engagement, and achieving revenue targets in a retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume retail is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to drive sales.
• Oversee merchandising, visual and labeling per style guide.
• Complete daily task lists and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze monthly proficiency and improve with leadership.
• Support store to delight guests and hit revenue targets.

Position SummaryThe primary responsibility of a Sales Specialist 1 is to execute the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and create a positive experience for our guests that keeps them coming back. Proper execution of these 2 areas will enable the product specialist to exceed targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and drive company KPIs all while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction as measured by our guest survey.We are conveniently located near the Galleria Mall at 2660 Fountain View Dr, Houston, TX 77057.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.Position Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
