Job summary

Guess?, LLC. is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience in our Charleston store. You will participate in everyday store duties, including housekeeping and visual presentation, while providing product information and assisting customers.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and a flexible schedule. You will work as part of a team, meet sales goals, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a positive first impression.
• Maintain store standards and housekeeping.
• Provide current product information to customers.
• Assist in fitting rooms and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
• Capitalize on opportunities to add on to sales and build guest loyalty.
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer Gift Cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
• Sincerely thank customers as they exit the store.
• Satisfactorily complete all duties as assigned by management.
• Be punctual and adhere to the designated work schedule.
• Work well with peers and management to accomplish duties.
• Follow GUESS Policies and Procedures 100%.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Meet or exceed Sales per Hour (SPH) as assigned by management.
• Attend all store meetings and related functions.
• Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise and the company.
• Participate in all inventories.
• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds and stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.
