• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to create ideal experiences.
• Build positive relationships, listen actively, overcome objections, and resell value of Spectrum products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards; minimize losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, a clean retail environment, clear communication, policy adherence, issue resolution, and participation in training.
