Job summary
Charter Communications is hiring a Part Time Retail Sales Specialist in Green Bay, Wisconsin to promote and sell our Spectrum products and services. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer care and building lasting relationships with customers at our stores.
Earn $18/hour base pay, with the potential to earn up to $23.85/hour through commission and incentives. Perks include free and discounted internet, TV, and mobile as part of our comprehensive pay and benefits
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in cash handling and payments.
- Comfort with personal tech and video platforms.
- Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Team-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
- Experience in goal- and incentive-based environments.
- Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
- Enhance customer experience and meet sales and service goals.
- Identify opportunities and educate customers on products.
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions and visual standards.
- Create a welcoming store atmosphere and adhere to policies.
