Qualifications
- Must be able to handle cash accurately and process payments.
- Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms.
- Basic math skills for transactions and pricing.
- Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
- Experience in fast-paced sales/customer service environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
- Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
- Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to create ideal experiences.
- Build positive relationships, listen effectively, and handle objections to resell product value.
- Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards; ensure clean, welcoming stores.
