Job summary

Staples is hiring Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service in helping customers find total solutions in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll learn customers’ tech needs and offer solutions while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Training is provided, with flexible part-time hours and opportunities for career growth. Join Staples to stay current on technology products, respond quickly to customer requests on the sales floor, and help the Tech department achieve

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to engage and speak with customers and understand their needs.

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
