Job description

As a Retail Sales Specialist in our appliances department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain expert-level knowledge of all products in the appliances category, including specifications, features, and benefits. You’ll also use effective time management strategies to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.

What you’ll do
  1. Engage with customers in the appliances department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals.
  2. Stay informed about the latest technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development.
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  4. Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines, and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively.
  5. Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
  6. Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department.
  7. Require at least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.
Job Description

Basic qualifications
  • 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications

  • 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands, and/or custom design environments.
  • 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
