Staples in the United States is seeking Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find total solutions in-store and through the kiosk. You will be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture with training provided and immediate interview opportunities after applying.

Responsibilities include building a positive store environment, staying current on products and services, quickly addressing customer requests, and supporting the Tech department to achieve

provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll have our customers’ needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately and training provided. • Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
