Staples in Rome, GA is hiring Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with total solutions both in-store and at the kiosk. The role emphasizes learning customer needs, collaborating with a fast-paced team, and supporting various duties on the sales floor.

Training is provided and interviews may be scheduled quickly.

Qualifications

• Respond quickly to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor.
• Help the Tech department achieve key metrics and profitable sales.
• Be flexible with responsibilities (e.g., cashier, merchandising, returns, other duties).

provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll have our customers’ needs in mind as you provide solutions. Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Strong customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
