Job summary

Staples in Stafford, VA is hiring Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and help shoppers find total solutions in-store and at the kiosk. Training is provided, and flexible part-time hours support a balanced schedule.

You will stay current on tech products, learn offerings, respond quickly to customer requests, and contribute to profitable sales. The role may include cashier, merchandising, and other duties as assigned, in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment.

Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll have our customers’ needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
