Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and at the kiosk to find total solutions.

• Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor.
• Help the Tech department achieve key metrics and profitable sales.
• Be flexible with duties such as cashiering, merchandising, and returns.

Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll have our customers’ needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Essential skills and experience:

Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs

Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
