We are looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to join our small team of Utah enthusiasts to help build our company! Acrely Farms is a boutique hemp farm that was founded in 2020 and specializes in small batch, luxury CBD and Botanical products that are grown and manufactured in Utah! We sell our products directly to consumers from our online store and brick and mortar retail store in the Maven District, and to resort Spas across the country! As part of our startup culture, you will be joining a small team that loves to adventure and work together in beautiful Utah! You will be directly reporting to the founder and helping to manage day to day retail sales and client success in a fun, fast paced industry. Responsibilities and Job Duties :

Brick and Mortar Retail Sales: You will be the face of Acrely in the retail store to extend a warm welcome to customers and offer expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and curating attention-grabbing product displays. Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor insights to effectively communicate value to customers.

Client Services: Assist with tracking customer orders and communication. Using our CRM portal to track frequency of communication and drive sales via impeccable client interactions. You will also help communicate with clients and answer product and shipping questions.

Inventory Management and Special Order Shipping: You will be a part of the effort to help manage inventory between locations. Special orders will be packed and shipped from the retail store. This will include the shipping and tracking of packages and timely correspondence with clients to ensure the packages are delivered and exceed expectations.

Assist with Special Projects - Being a small team, other projects and work opportunities available! You will work closely with the founders and team to help ensure success with all Clients of Acrely!

Qualifications and Skills

- Demonstrated experience in retail sales with a proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Timely communication skills are required to respond to both internal deadlines and client requests.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a knack for building positive interpersonal relationships.

- Good time management and a high priority to hit deadlines in a timely manner while being able to consider pressing priorities.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

-Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design experience is a plus!

- Self motivated and a kick ass team player- you will be working with a small team and will need to fill in and cover many roles and responsibilities with a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements

-Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or standing in store.

-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

-Must be 21 years or older.

-Must be available to work Saturdays.

Current Retail Store Hours:

Monday- Friday 11am-6pm

Saturday 11am-4pm
