Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) in Omaha is hiring for a sales associate to provide exceptional customer experiences and help shoppers feel right at home.

You will present product benefits, learn the sales process, train teammates, and work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement an enhanced sales process that excites and motivates the customer by presenting product features and benefits
• Create a WOW experience for the customer based on their needs
• Attend and master training on the proper use of scenarios to demonstrate to customers
• Train staff on core selling skills using all available methods
• Close the sale by reinforcing the customer's purchase and how it improves their life

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Be Positive: Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs
• Connect: Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
• Be the Expert: Attend and master training on the proper use of "scenarios" so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers
• Play your Part: Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
• Leave your Mark: Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives
