Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart is seeking sales associates to drive an engaging, customer-centric shopping experience. You will present product features and benefits, helping customers select items that fit their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Be Positive: Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs.
• Connect: Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases.
• Be the Expert: Attend and master training on the proper use of “scenarios” so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers.
• Play your Part: Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods.
• Leave your Mark: Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives.
