Job summary

Staples is seeking Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service in-store and via the kiosk. You’ll understand customer needs, offer total solutions, and contribute to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Hiring immediately with training provided and opportunities to interview quickly after applying. The role emphasizes learning technology products, responding to customer requests, and supporting the Tech department in achieving key sales metrics.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Strong customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
