Job summary

Charter Communications seeks a Retail Sales Specialist to connect with customers and promote Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice in our El Paso stores. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and helping customers choose the right solutions.

You will drive sales by identifying opportunities, handling transactions, and building positive relationships. A flexible schedule, strong communication, and the desire to exceed goals are essential to thrive.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.


• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.


• Basic math skills.


• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.


• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.


• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.


• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.


• Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the latest technology and devices.
