Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Prattville, AL to promote and sell our portfolio of products to existing and new customers. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, driving sales and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, cash handling skills, comfort with technology, and strong communication. Earn $18.00/hour base with potential to reach $22.50/hour with commission and incentives, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven cash handling and accurate payment processing.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
