Staples, Inc. is hiring Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll help customers find total solutions while supporting a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers on the sales floor and kiosk
• Stay current on technology products and services to offer total solutions
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor
• Help the Tech department achieve key metrics including profitable sales
• Be flexible with duties such as cashier, merchandising, returns, and other tasks

Play an active role in helping both your store and your customer win.

Essential skills and experience:
