Job summary

CHEF’S STORE is hiring a Sales Associate to provide friendly service across cashier, stocking and customer courtesy roles. You will help customers, operate the POS, stock shelves, rotate products, and assist with store events, with shift flexibility from 5:00am to 7:00pm and a starting pay of $20.50 per hour.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months retail experience, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to work holidays and weekends in a dynamic grocery environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience preferred or 6-12 months cashier/stocking experience required.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Proficiency with computer programs and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the front end; operate POS, scan items, and assist customers.
• Stock shelves, rotate products using FIFO, and assist with receiving shipments.
• Assist with store events and inventory processes as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in all areas including front end and sales floor.
