Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is hiring a CHEF’STORE Sales Associate to deliver superior customer service across cashier, stocking, and customer courtesy duties. You may be assigned to front end, meat/frozen, produce, dairy, or dry goods departments depending on business needs.

Responsibilities include handling sales at the POS, stocking shelves, ensuring product labeling and FIFO rotation, and assisting during events. The role requires a flexible schedule and physical work in freezers; starting wage is $20.50

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
• Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess the desire and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and the adaptability to assist other employees.

Responsibilities

• Sell merchandise at the front end and assist customers through checkout.
• Replenish shelves and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Assist in receiving inventory and maintain neat shelves.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
• Participate in opening/closing duties and inventory cycles.
