Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage customers and determine needs.
• Experience with sales and product recommendations is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.

Responsibilities

• Combine amazing customer service with strong sales skills.
• Cashiering, product placement, receiving merchandise, processing shipments
• Work with management to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Assist in maintaining good working condition of store equipment.
• Help develop and execute ideas to increase store traffic.
• Ensure end-caps, dump bins and displays are merchandised.
• Provide amazing service following the Helpful Customer Service standards.
• Greet customers as they enter the store and answer phone calls.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
• Accurately ring on registers and maintain all cash at registers.
• Keep the register area neat and stocked.
• Solicit customers to open Ace Rewards cards.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change as needed.
• Attend mandatory monthly store meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
