Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Must be able to perform basic math operations.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and run the register accurately and quickly.
• Be knowledgeable about lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Upsell customers to increase sales while delivering friendly service.
• Keep store interiors and exteriors clean and safe; deep clean restrooms.
• Wipe down pumps, clean gas pump nozzles and screens; manage trash.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain fresh merchandise.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
