Role Description

The Retail Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA. In this position, the individual will greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, answering questions, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive in-store experience, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Retail Sales Representative will collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing training, and uphold RDG’s standards of service and professionalism.

• Reliability in maintaining scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
