General Mills is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Arizona to drive field selling efforts, maximize in-store displays, and deliver incremental sales. Qualifications

• Must live within a 30-mile radius of South Tucson, Vail, or Sahuarita, AZ or relocate within 30 days of start.
• Passion to sell/represent General Mills and top consumer food brands.
• A valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• High School Diploma/equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with tablets (iPad) and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence.

Responsibilities

• Field selling accounts for 70% of time: maximize incremental sales and store displays.
• Deliver results with negotiation and store-level selling.
• Use data and store insights to prepare presentations for key decision makers.
• Execute NRO retail priorities and drive in-store opportunities.
• Communicate market insights to management and leverage POS materials for displays.

**OVERVIEW**The Retail Sales Representative (RSR) delivers a competitive advantage for General Mills with the core mission of maximizing incremental sales and profitability.
