Job Overview

At C.A. Ferolie, we have been providing tailored sales and marketing solutions since 1947. We are family-owned, flexible, and committed to excellence. We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative to maintain our products in local supermarkets within Parsippany, NJ, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled in-store visits to ensure project standards are met.
• Correct item voids, update shelf labels, and order necessary stock.
• Complete surveys with accurate information and photos for corporate use.
• Sell product shippers to designated locations.
• Set up displays and signage as needed.
• Ensure new items are properly stocked and in good condition.
• Download and print merchandising directives for store visits.
• Use a provided tablet to record activities during visits.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or sales within retail supermarkets preferred.
• Own a reliable car and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel to multiple store locations within the territory.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Good communication skills for maintaining relationships with store management and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $35,000/year
