Astound Broadband is currently seeking a Retail Sales Representative I, II, or III in our Woodland, CA office. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, explaining product benefits, and supporting sales initiatives.

Where you will work:

• Based in Woodland, CA, with travel to the nearest office and field as needed

A Day in the Life of the Retail Sales Representative:

• Sell target products and packages, effectively communicating prices, channels, services, and packages
• Demonstrate products and services to inbound customer traffic
• Communicate current promotions and offers
• Establish rapport with visitors and match them with suitable packages
• Review current customer services and introduce new offerings
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
• Maintain a neat appearance and show respect for customer property
• Provide accurate feedback and enhance technical knowledge
• Use billing and sales tools to address customer inquiries
• Resolve questions efficiently through active listening and clear communication
• Process installation, service changes, disconnects, and work orders
• Handle customer payments and balance cash drawer
• Track sales and document productivity

What You Bring to the Table:

• Phone customer support experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, respectful
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Enthusiastic, outgoing demeanor
• Knowledge of cable and data products
• Ability to learn quickly and diagnose problems
• Ability to follow directions and exercise good judgment
• Adaptability to change
• Industry experience preferred

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary range varies by level and experience, from $17.00 to $26.24 per hour.
