Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This role focuses on creating opportunities through meaningful conversations and generating high-quality appointments that lead to in-home demonstrations and solar savings.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.
• Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.
• Accurately record appointments and customer information.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals.
• Approximately 30 hours per week
• Five (5) six-hour shifts each week, Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun

Compensation

$15.30 per hour plus commission!

Retail Associates also earn commissions based on completed sales generated from appointments they originate.
