Essential Functions As A Retail Sales Representative:

  • Engage with retail customers to present and promote solar energy solutions, highlighting cost savings, environmental impact, and long-term benefits
  • Establish genuine relationships to ensure successful sales interactions and long-term customer retention
  • Close sales using consultative sales techniques and in-depth knowledge of the solar energy industry to meet weekly targets
  • Host and support on-site promotional retail events to drive customer interest and generate qualified leads
  • Track customer interactions, leads, and follow-up communications using company systems
  • Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service contributes
  • Stay informed about solar industry trends, local energy policies, and competitor offerings by attending daily trainings and meetings
  • Manage designated territories efficiently by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with our retail partners
