TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in a fast-paced in-store environment. You will engage with customers, assess their telecom needs, and present suitable devices and service plans, guiding them through the purchase process.

The role rewards performance with an uncapped commission structure, monthly bonuses, and an annual profit-sharing bonus, offering strong earning potential in a customer-facing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in wireless retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
• Reliable transportation. This position may require the ability to work in multiple locations.
• Requires frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
• Ability to travel is approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business.
