Job summary

ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring a Retail Lead Generation Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. You will engage homeowners inside partner locations, educate them about remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role emphasizes strong customer service, sales skills, and a polished presence in fast-paced retail environments.

Base pay is $20/hour with uncapped performance bonuses. Training is provided; weekend availability is required.
