Job summary

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing is hiring Sales Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services, tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. You will act as a Brand-Ambassador, explaining service options and scheduling in-home consultations with service technicians and comfort advisors.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules with weekly pay and uncapped commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour + commission

Earning potential: $20 - $30 per hour on average with commission

Schedule: Flexible, Weekends required typically 10 AM-5:00 PM
