Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring Retail Sales Associates on behalf of NRG to join our team at Walmart in Alliance, OH 44601. This full-time role offers a first sale bonus, paid training, and a path to uncapped commissions.

You will engage customers in-store, explain energy options, and help customers lower their energy costs. No door-to-door or telemarketing, just friendly, face-to-face service in a premier retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
