Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Walmart in Reading, PA. You will engage customers about energy products, promote services, and help customers lower costs while meeting monthly sales goals.

This role offers paid training, base pay plus uncapped commissions, a first-sale bonus, and daily pay options. You will work in a premier retail environment with opportunities for advancement and benefits including health, PTO, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months' prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description:

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
