Andy’s Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning in Michigan is seeking a seasoned sales leader to recruit, train, and supervise retail sales associates. You will manage schedules, performance, and activities to drive service-center success, while coaching teams in the field and coordinating with store leadership.

The role requires 3+ years of sales and supervisory experience, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. ARS backing provides growth opportunities and a national brand experience.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage retail sales associates to meet lead goals.
• Oversee SSA schedules, performance, and activities to drive center success.
• Hold weekly team meetings to inform, motivate, and track progress vs. goals.
• Train SSAs on product knowledge and HVAC-related topics.
• Build a competitive, engaging environment with internal contests.
• Spend majority of time coaching in the field with store staff.
• Develop relationships with store staff and area management.
• Communicate performance updates and staffing changes to partners.
• Coordinate and execute store events with leadership involvement.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, train, and manage retail sales associates (SSAs) to meet daily and weekly lead goals

• Oversee SSA schedules, performance, and activities to drive service center success

• Hold weekly team meetings to inform, motivate, and track progress vs. goals

• Train SSAs on product knowledge (seasonal changes, IAQ materials, HVAC systems, etc.)

• Build a competitive, engaging environment through internal lead contests and challenges

• Spend 60–65% of your time in the field coaching SSAs and working with retail store management

• Develop strong working relationships with retail store staff and area management

• Communicate performance updates and staffing changes to retail partners

• Coordinate and execute store events with active involvement from store leadership

Qualifications
