Job summary

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a sales and operations leader to recruit, train, and manage a team of retail sales associates (SSAs). The role focuses on meeting lead goals, overseeing schedules, and driving field performance.

You will conduct weekly meetings and coach staff on HVAC products, IAQ materials, and seasonal changes. Eligible candidate will have 3+ years of sales/management experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to

• Build a competitive, engaging environment through internal lead contests and challenges.
• Spend 60-65% of time in the field coaching SSAs and working with store management.
• Develop strong relationships with store staff and area management.
• Communicate performance updates and staffing changes to retail partners.
• Coordinate and execute store events with leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• Comfort reading and applying technical training materials
• Related experience, advanced training, or equivalent education may be considered
