Responsibilities

• Receive donations from donors, greet donors, accept and unload donated items, and thank donors.
• Sort, separate, and hang clothing and household items; test, clean, and mark small appliances and other merchandise.
• Conduct sales transactions and manage cash and card transactions following proper procedures.
• Clean floors, shelves, windows, fixtures, break room, store exterior, and merchandise counters; report maintenance needs.
• Assist customers, price merchandise, offer recycling bags, explain store operations, and support sales techniques.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
