Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and keep a clean, organized store environment on site in Tennessee. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while meeting company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet performance standards.
• Follow rules of conduct and ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
