Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Premium Retailer, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to join a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate devices, and guide them to the best plans and accessories to stay connected with what matters most.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
