Mobily is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our Tucson stores. You will provide outstanding customer service, assess needs, and present tailored AT&T solutions while representing the Mobily brand with professionalism.

Role offers a commission-based earning potential with a $30,000–$50,000 base+commission yearly range, new hire bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO after 90 days, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a commitment to exemplary customer service.
• Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
