Victra, Verizon's premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive the sales process, share product knowledge, and create an engaging in-store experience.

You will attend four-day NHU training, work evenings and weekends, and enjoy uncapped earning potential with a base hourly plus commission, plus benefits such as health coverage and retirement

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and have fun while connecting with customers.
