Job summary

DSI in Colchester, Vermont is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You’ll engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS, mobile devices).
• Goal-oriented with sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize store performance.
