Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; 2 weeks advance seniority-based schedules.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and processes.
