DSI in Selinsgrove, PA is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate on products, and close sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Able to stand for an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Basic tech proficiency (POS systems, tablets).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail environment.
