Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in our store locations. You’ll promote and sell Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice services, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, educating customers about products, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining store standards. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills for financial transactions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections while communicating value of Spectrum products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards to minimize losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, adhere to policies, resolve issues, and participate in training.
