Job summary

Bloedorns is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, process orders, and maintain store presentation. You will handle cash and point-of-sale transactions, balance tills, and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, quotes, delivery and installation schedules, follow-ups, and complaints.
• Answer and direct telephone calls.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products, obtaining pricing and availability.
• Code and input customer orders, pricing, and data into the computer system.
• Create invoices, work orders, and sales tickets with accuracy.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Operate and balance cash register daily.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Maintain a clean store environment.
• Attend and participate in training as required.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
